El Paso County has recently launched the Citizen Alerting
Network.
This
is the public/commercial outreach program.
Information transmitted from the El Paso Office of Emergency
Management during an emergency/disasters that the public
should be alerted to will be sent out on the following
media.
It
will be a voluntary sign-up for information push to whatever
selected path(s) the participants select.
The
choices are home phone, cell phone, or email.

TxDOT TIS radio (1610 MHz)
